Educational Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Educational Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of key educational initiatives in Klerksdorp . This role requires a proactive individual to ensure programs are delivered effectively, meet learning objectives, and achieve desired outcomes. You will work closely with educators, stakeholders, and community partners to foster impactful learning experiences. This position is predominantly remote, offering flexibility while requiring occasional on-site engagement for key meetings and program events, enabling you to contribute significantly to educational advancement.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of educational programs, from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop program strategies, learning objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate program activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, participants, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote and hybrid setting.
