Preschool Teacher

Our client is seeking a passionate and qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of young learners in Klerksdorp . • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and child-centered learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting achievements and areas for development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's learning, behavior, and development.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational program.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching preschool-aged children.
• In-depth knowledge of child development principles and curriculum design.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Must possess a valid First Aid and CPR certification.
