Lecturer - School of Administration and Management

• Business Communication
• Business Studies
• Management
• Entrepreneurship
• Project Management
• Logistics Management
• Marketing Management

Assumption date: 01 January 2027

• Lecture modules in the following subject areas: business communication, business studies, management, entrepreneurship, project management, logistics management and marketing management
• Use the learning management system (LMS) effectively
• Mark and moderate assessments and examination papers in accordance with academic policies
• Perform academic administration and other delegated duties
• Provide academic support to students and promote student success
• Participate in research, scholarly activity and ongoing professional development

• A minimum of two years' lecturing experience in higher education in management, business studies, entrepreneurship, project management, logistics, marketing or closely related modules
• Relevant professional experience in a business or management role involving planning, coordination and operational or commercial decision-making
• Practical exposure to at least two of the following areas: project management, logistics or supply chain, marketing, entrepreneurship, operations or general management
• Sound knowledge of foundational management principles, business communication, entrepreneurship and the functional areas of business
• Experience in curriculum delivery, assessment, moderation and academic administration
• Good knowledge of an LMS, such as Canvas, as an online teaching and learning tool
• Evidence of, or potential for, research and scholarly activity
