• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive online workshops that inspire learning and participation.
• Provide personalised one-to-one teaching, tutoring and coaching.
• Bring your occupational expertise into learning through real-world examples and practical application.
• Adapt your teaching to different starting points, learning needs and levels of experience.
• Build trusted relationships with learners, line managers and workplace mentors.
• Inspire learners to stay motivated, engaged and focused on their goals.
• Identify barriers early and find positive ways to help learners move forward.
• Balance nurture and encouragement with appropriate challenge and high expectations.
• Provide meaningful feedback that builds confidence and supports improvement.
• Assess learner work fairly, consistently and to the required standard.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant learner records.
