Energy Efficiency Consultant

Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Energy Efficiency Consultant to join their team in Benoni . This role focuses on assessing energy consumption across various commercial and industrial facilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending strategies to reduce energy waste and costs. You will work directly with clients to understand their operational needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance energy performance and sustainability.

This is a client-facing role for an individual passionate about driving efficiency and environmental responsibility within the energy sector.

• Conduct on-site energy audits and assessments of buildings and industrial processes to identify areas of inefficiency.
• Develop detailed reports outlining findings, including energy-saving recommendations, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on the adoption of energy-efficient technologies, operational practices, and behavioral changes.
• Assist clients in navigating energy incentive programs and regulatory requirements related to energy efficiency.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended energy efficiency measures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy), Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in energy auditing , energy management, or sustainability consulting.
• Knowledge of building systems, industrial processes, and energy-efficient technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret energy data.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with experience working in the Benoni area.
