Remote BIM Coordinator - Construction

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team, working entirely remotely. In this crucial role, you will manage and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various construction projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data exchange. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, coordinating models, and facilitating communication between design and construction teams, regardless of their physical location.

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary BIM models, resolving clashes and ensuring data accuracy.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders using BIM platforms.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure its adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate reports on model progress, clash detection, and other relevant BIM metrics.

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Experience with 4D/5D BIM and data management is a plus.
