Wind Turbine Technician - Remote

• Monitor the real-time performance of wind turbines using SCADA and diagnostic software.
• Analyze performance data to identify anomalies, predict potential failures, and recommend proactive maintenance actions.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting guidance to on-site field technicians via phone and video conferencing.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of turbine performance, maintenance activities, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote monitoring and diagnostic protocols for wind turbine operations.

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent trade qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Wind Turbine Technician .
• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Proficiency with SCADA systems and turbine monitoring software.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at providing clear instructions in a remote support setting.
