Our client in Citrusdal, a leading citrus producer is looking for a Senior / Head of Engineering.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree (Agricultural, Civil, Mechanical) or similar
- 5 Years management experience in agricultural or operations
- Experience with irrigation, water and energy systems
- Strong project management experience, problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction
- Drive maintenance excellence and operational efficiency
- Facilitate farm Development plans to unlock farm potential
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
