Our client is a South African water and wastewater treatment specialist seeking to fill a Project and Process Engineer role combining project execution and process engineering design.
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil or Environmental Engineering

5 Years’ experience in water and wastewater treatment projects and process design

Strong knowledge of biological treatment systems, filtration, disinfection and membrane technologies

Experience with IFAS/MB , M , RO and filtration systems highly advantageous

Proficient in CAD software, process simulation tools and MS Project

Ability to interpret lab results, PFDs, P and IDs and technical drawings

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel locally and into Africa when required

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work within a hybrid structure after probation
