Qualifications & Experience- BEng / BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering
- ECSA Registration (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng)
- 10+ years’ experience in civil / structural engineering
- Strong structural steel experience
Industrial / Oil & Gas project exposure - South African
- Structural steel design & analysis
- Industrial project experience
- Project planning & execution
- Managing engineering teams
- Client & stakeholder engagement
- Lead and manage engineering projects
- Oversee technical and commercial delivery
- Ensure projects meet scope, cost, and timelines
- Review designs and engineering reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and teams
- Strong leadership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solution-driven mindset
