Hesto Harnesses is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join Engineering Department

• Conduct Design Change analysis, both material and labour impact
• Conduct BOM and standard time audit (virtually and physical)
• Conduct VA/VE and standardisation activities
• Conduct design review with Design Team
• Provide weekly report and project progress (Engineering tracking and dashboard to leadership team)
• Contribute to improve Quality Management SYstem
• National Diploma and
  
  B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Essential)
• Project Management Diploma (Advantageous)
• 1 to 3 Years Product Development experience in the automotive environment (Essential)
• Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) experience (Desirable)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Automotive industry (Essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wiring harness environment (Desirable)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
