Corruseal Group is offering a structured Engineers in Training (EIT) Program designed to develop high‑potential graduates into industry‑ready professional engineers within a manufacturing environment.

This is a hands‑on, immersive program where you will engage with real‑world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.

During the programme, our graduates will:

• Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
• Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
• Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data
• Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence practices
• Apply engineering theory in practical, real‑world contexts

• We are looking for graduates who demonstrate:
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability

• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, operational environments

• BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines
• Strong academic performance

• Structured 2‑year EIT development programme aligned to industry and ECSA competency expectations
• Exposure to real industrial engineering challenges in manufacturing
