Impala Platinum Refineries invites suitably qualified learners to apply for the Impala Platinum Refineries Bursary Programme. Situated in Springs, Gauteng, Implats is committed to developing future talent through education, skills development, and meaningful career opportunities.

  Full-time tertiary bursary
• Intake: 2027 Academic Year

  Human Resources – Talent Management

• Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering

• Financial assistance (tuition, accommodation, study material)
• Compulsory December / January Vacation work at the Refineries
• Skills development for long-term career growth

• Currently in Grade 12
• Physical Science:
  Minimum 60% (Level
  5)

Have the following documents ready upon online application (copies required):

• Certified copy of
• Proof of Residence e.g. parents' municipality account
• Grade 11 final results
• Conditional acceptance letter from University
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to several assessments.
• If no response is received within 60 days, consider application unsuccessful
• Preference given to scholars from the Ekurhuleni East Region.
