Location: Boksburg
Corruseal Group is offering a structured Engineers in Training (EIT) Program designed to develop high‑potential graduates into industry‑ready professional engineers within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on, immersive program where you will engage with real‑world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.
Responsibilities- Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
- Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
- Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data
- BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines
- Strong academic performance
