This is a hands‑on, immersive program where you will engage with real‑world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.

• Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment.
• Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects.
• Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data.
• Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence practices.
• Apply engineering theory in practical, real‑world contexts.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, question, and improve systems.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, operational environments.
• A disciplined, accountable, and professional approach.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Be able to work as part of a team.

• BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• Strong academic performance.

• Structured 2‑year EIT development programme aligned to industry and ECSA competency expectations.
• Exposure to real industrial engineering challenges in manufacturing.
