Overview

Sylvania Metals seeks a Junior Metallurgist skilled in process optimization and metallurgical analysis to support plant management in achieving operational excellence. This entry-level role involves applying expertise in mineral processing, metallurgical testing, and quality control to ensure efficient plant performance aligned with safety standards and production targets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor process parameters, troubleshoot metallurgical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a leading PGM mining environment.
