Skills

Basic computer literacy
Strong leadership skills
In depth knowledge and experience on stringing bundle conductors an OPGW stringing on transmission lines
Experience working on all types of transmission line structures

Knowledge

Eskom Standard and Specifications relating to transmission line construction
OHS Act and Construction Regulations
Transmission line string and regulating methods, materials, equipment, and practices

Attributes

Good interpersonal relationships
High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Self-motivated and must be able to motivate

Key Responsibilities

Supervise regulating activity

Relevant H&S Courses for Supervisors

Experience

5 years’ experience in supervising the overall regulating activities of Transmission Line Construction
Construction and Authorised (HV Regulations) Supervisory working experience
