As a Manufacturing Excellence Engineering Graduate, you will support initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing performance, process efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness. You will work closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and other operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement, analyse data, and implement practical solutions.

• Assist in analysing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct time studies, work measurements, and process mapping.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.

• Grade 12.
• BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering& Mechatronic Engineering.
• Ability to communicate well with coworkers.
