Reliability Engineer – 3-Month Contract

Location: Germiston, Gauteng Contract: 3 Months, potentially extendable Industry: Gas / Pipeline / Energy

We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to support reliability and asset integrity activities within a large-scale gas pipeline and operational environment.

• Implement and facilitate Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programmes.

• Define RBI boundaries and validate asset/equipment data.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary RBI reviews using PCMS and/or PIMSlider
  .

• Develop RBI procedures, work instructions and governance documentation.

• Facilitate and develop FMEA and Equipment Maintenance Strategies (EMS).

• Develop and optimise maintenance plans and task lists.

• Analyse reliability and maintenance data using SAP PM
  .

• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Inspection teams.

• Support site inspections and field verification where required.

• 8+ years' relevant Reliability Engineering experience
  .

• BSc/BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering
  .

• Proven experience in RBI, FMEA and EMS
  .

• Working knowledge of PCMS and/or PIMSlider
  .

• Strong SAP PM experience, including equipment masters, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications and work orders.

• RBI, FMEA, RCM, Asset Management or Reliability Engineering certifications are advantageous.

• Valid driver's licence

• Must reside in Gauteng
