Description

The Electrical / Mechanical Graduate Programme in Mpumalanga is designed to provide advanced workplace learning within the mechanical and electrical mining discipline. Over a two to three-year contract, graduates will gain practical exposure to engineering practices, project participation, and training opportunities, while developing essential professional skills. The programme aims to nurture a positive growth mindset, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal abilities, preparing candidates for future roles in the mining and engineering sector.

• Ensure relevant engineering practices are coordinated, controlled and communicated
• Compile reports on work completed
• Participate in related engineering and mining projects
• Attend training sessions as required
• Be available to work overtime and weekends when necessary

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Clear criminal record and qualification screening
• No prior participation in a similar Graduate Programme
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent people skills
• Exceptional coordination abilities and commitment to achieving learning outcomes
