• Participate in hands‑on engineering projects across various departments and facilities
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of electrical and information systems
• Work closely with mentors and technical teams to gain practical experience and technical knowledge
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational improvements and innovation initiatives
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and workshops as part of the structured development plan

• A completed BEng/BSc/BTech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Engineering
• Minimum 55% aggregate pass rate throughout your academic record
• Must be a South African citizen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for the gas/manufacturing industry and willingness to work in a plant/industrial environment
• Not currently participating in any other graduate programme or learnership
