Location: Kempton Park
The 24-month AVI-Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience, practical learning in real working environments, constant mentorship, and exposure to diverse operational and business situations. Participants will engage in factory exposure, process involvement, research and development activities, and performance reviews. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Chemical Engineering, a minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies, and experience bonus.
Additional requirements include experience, effective communication, flexibility, adaptability, factory enthusiasm, report preparation and presentation, open-mindedness, problem-solving, engineering insight, and physical fit. The ideal candidate should be an analytical problem solver, fact-focused investigator, conceptual innovator, reliable and deadline-driven, detail-oriented perfectionist, relationship builder, calm under pressure, and confident communicator.
