Chemical Engineer - Plant Operations

You will be involved in daily operational oversight, process troubleshooting, and the implementation of minor improvements. • Monitor plant performance metrics and identify deviations from optimal operating conditions.
• Provide technical support to operations personnel, assisting with the resolution of process issues.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures on the plant floor.
• Participate in process hazard analyses and safety reviews.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for plant operators.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 2-5 years of experience in chemical plant operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
• Basic understanding of process safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a plant team in Vereeniging .
