• Maintain and optimize robotic paint application systems for reliable production performance

• Ensure robotic systems produce optimal paint quality through diligent troubleshooting and fine-tuning

• Resolve complex robotic, automation, and vision-related issues efficiently

• Support the deployment of new technologies and automation initiatives

• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and engineering teams

• Manage system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects

• Oversee spare parts planning and lifecycle management of equipment

• Develop technical specifications and business cases to support future investments

• Assist production and maintenance teams during breakdowns, including standby duties

• 8 to 10 years of experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing setting

• Strong project management and troubleshooting skills

• Proven expertise in robotic systems, especially in automotive or manufacturing sectors

• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with vision systems integration

• Knowledge of paint application robotics
