Junior Process Engineer

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer to support their operations in Nelspruit . This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment. You will assist senior engineers in process monitoring, data analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of process improvements. • Assist in monitoring and analyzing plant process data to identify performance trends and potential issues.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting operational problems and implementing solutions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing to efficiency and cost reduction efforts.
• Help prepare process documentation, including P&IDs and operating procedures.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and pilot plant runs under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards in all tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong academic background with a solid understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
