Senior Electrical Engineer - Projects

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee electrical projects in Benoni . This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in project execution, from conceptualization to completion. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing office-based project coordination with on-site supervision and client interaction. This is a critical position for ensuring the successful delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects within the Gauteng province , contributing to the company's growth and reputation for excellence.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse electrical engineering projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams.

• BEng or MSc in Electrical Engineering .
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale industrial or commercial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment , with both remote and on-site responsibilities.
