Wireless Network Engineer - 5G Specialist

• Design and plan 5G network architectures, including RAN, Core, and transport elements, to meet capacity and performance requirements.
• Deploy and configure 5G base stations, core network functions, and associated equipment.
• Monitor network performance, conduct drive tests, and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on technology evaluations, integration, and new feature rollouts.
• Ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained throughout the 5G infrastructure.

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in wireless network engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on 5G technologies .
• Deep understanding of 5G , architecture (NSA/SA), key features (MIMO, beamforming), and related protocols.
• Proficiency in network planning, simulation, and optimization tools.
• Experience with RAN and Core network elements from major vendors.
