We safely and responsibly mine PGMs and their associated co-products at our mines in South Africa and Zimbabwe, before smelting and refining them at our own processing facilities. Our processing facilities include our Base Metals Refinery, the largest producer of nickel cathode in South Africa, and our Precious Metals Refinery, which is one of the most technologically advanced plants of its kind.

Through our marketing offices in Johannesburg, London, Singapore and Shanghai, we deliver high-quality products to our international customer base. The Company invites suitably qualified unemployed community members to apply for the Learner Miner Learnership Program. The program provides structured theoretical and practical workplace training, including mentorship by Competent Miners, to develop the skills and competencies required for a Miner role. Participants will also prepare for the DMRE Blasting Certificate examinations. Successful completion of the program may provide an opportunity for inclusion in the Company's talent pipeline for future entry-level Miner positions, subject to operational requirements

The program will run between 24 – 30 Months

• Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate - Bachelor Pass (60% Maths Literacy - 50% pure Maths will be advantageous).
• South African Citizen - with a valid  - residing in host communities
• Medically fit for the specific role and working environment
• Good communication skills
• No criminal record
