• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.

• In-depth knowledge of cellular technologies (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, ) and their associated RF principles.
• Proficiency with RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet), simulation software, and drive testing tools.
• Strong understanding of RF propagation models, antenna theory, and interference analysis.
• Experience with network performance analysis and optimization techniques.
