• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on production systems design and optimization.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, Any Logic).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, automation, and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CAD software for system layout and design.
