• Conduct stress analysis, fatigue life assessment, and fracture mechanics evaluations.
• Develop and validate test plans for structural components and systems, overseeing testing as required.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including aerodynamics, propulsion, and systems engineers, to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, design documentation, and presentations for project reviews and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure adherence to aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., FAR Part 25, CS-25).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional growth.
• Identify and implement innovative design improvements and manufacturing process enhancements.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structures.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in aircraft structural design and analysis.
• Proven expertise in FEA software (e.g., NASTRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of material science, mechanics of materials, and aerospace structural dynamics.
• Experience with composite materials and their application in aerospace structures is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of aerospace certification processes and standards.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
