, seeks a results-driven Senior Industrial Project Engineer. This role is crucial for managing and executing various industrial engineering projects aimed at improving efficiency, expanding capacity, and implementing new technologies within our processing facilities. • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources, third-party contractors, and vendors for project execution.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and process systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering or project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMP principles).
• Excellent knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and technologies, particularly in the agro-processing or food & beverage sector.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze technical data and make sound engineering judgments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in Mpumalanga
  .
• Experience working in Nelspruit or the surrounding Mpumalanga region is advantageous.
