• Lead the development of new automotive products and components, from initial concept generation through to successful market introduction.
• Conduct feasibility studies, define product requirements, and develop detailed design specifications.
• Utilize CAD software for product design and modeling, and employ CAE tools for simulation and analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation activities to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for efficient and cost-effective production.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design reviews, test reports, and product manuals.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to gather requirements, provide technical support, and resolve issues.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) and CAE analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
