• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle for mechanical engineering aspects of infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of design engineers, technicians, and site personnel.
• Ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant engineering standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and manage change orders.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout project execution.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 4 years in a project management or project lead role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects (e.g., power plants, water treatment facilities, large manufacturing plants).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and installation practices relevant to infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and relevant engineering design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement processes.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
