Graduate Civil Engineer - Transportation Design

• Assist in the preparation of civil engineering designs, drawings, and calculations for transportation projects.
• Support senior engineers in conducting site surveys and data collection.
• Contribute to the development of project reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Gain experience with traffic modeling software and geometric design principles.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with internal team members.
• Learn and apply relevant engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and site supervision support.
• Undertake research and analysis for project-specific requirements.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all assigned tasks.
• Adhere to the company's quality management system and health and safety procedures.

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• EIT or ECSA registration-in-progress is highly desirable.
• A strong academic record with a focus on transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with civil engineering design principles and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office Suite).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within a professional engineering environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure and meet deadlines.
• Reside in or be willing to commute to Tembisa, Gauteng daily.
• A valid driver's license is advantageous.
