• Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in line with organizational goals and target audiences.

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, security, and medical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Create detailed event timelines and run sheets, overseeing on-site setup and operations.
• Develop marketing and promotional plans to drive event attendance and engagement.

• Proven experience (4+ years) in event planning, with a strong focus on sports events.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate contracts.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
