Our client is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee the technical and logistical aspects of music concerts and live events within the Arts & Entertainment industry in Soweto. This role demands meticulous planning, execution, and on-site management to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality productions. You will be responsible for managing technical crews, equipment, staging, and all operational elements to create unforgettable experiences for audiences.

• Oversee all technical production elements, including sound, lighting, staging, and AV for live events.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and technical crews.
• Develop detailed production schedules, site plans, and technical riders.

• Manage the production budget effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.

• Proven experience as an Event Production Manager or similar technical production role, preferably in music or live entertainment.
• Strong understanding of live event technology, including audio-visual systems, lighting design, and stage management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
