Event Coordinator, Entertainment & Gaming

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of events in and around Nelspruit. You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, from conception and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong logistical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for creating memorable experiences and possesses excellent communication and vendor management capabilities.

• Plan, budget, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations.
• Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
• Develop event timelines, manage logistics, and coordinate on-site execution.
• Create engaging event themes and ensure all elements align with the client's objectives and brand.
• Handle attendee registration, communication, and on-site support to ensure a positive experience.

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar event management role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event planning software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
