Financial Services Assistant (Wealth) - Kloof
Our well-respected client in the financial services industry is looking to appoint a Financial Services Assistant – specifically in the wealth field. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, client-focused individual to assist an independent Wealth Manager across all aspects of client servicing, administration, and practice coordination.
The successful candidate will handle daily client communication, prepare review and onboarding documentation, assist with compliance processes, manage the annual review cycle, and ensure a consistently high standard of client service.
Requirements:
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in one of the following roles:
Assistant to a financial planner/ wealth manager /broker consultant - Solid understanding of FICA, FAIS, and related compliance processes
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and/or CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client service orientation with a friendly and professional manner
- Own transport
