Minimum requirements :
- Relevant Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CA(SA), CPA, or MBA qualification preferred
- Minimum 15 years senior financial leadership experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries, including experience with seasonal cycles, inventory-heavy balance sheets, and omni-channel finance operations.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, and statutory compliance
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
