Weekly wages for 150 staff

Calculate payable hours commissions bonuses tax witholdings & deductions

Manage electronic timekeeping systems

Download all monthly reports

Provident fund - recon and payments

Garnishess loaded on bank for payment

PAYE return submission & POP loaded

Sales figures calculated on Excel

Commission calculations

ITAS PAYE return submissions

Branch incentives received and checked

Loading and terminating employees

Excellent excel skills must understand Pivot Tables and Vlookups

Payspace would be an added advantage

Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal

Matric relevant degree

Own transport essentail
