Financial Manager position available in Strand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full financial function across entities
- Monthly management accounts & reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Cash flow management & planning
- Costing, stock & production margin analysis
- Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax)
- Liaison with auditors & external accountants
- Implement and maintain financial controls
- Support operational and strategic decision-making
- Oversee finance team (creditors/debtors)
- Review reconciliations
- Improve financial processes and reporting systems
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification: AGA(SA) / SAIPA / CIMA / CA(SA)
- 3 – 8 years financial management experience
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG or production environment advantageous
- Strong management accounting & costing experience
- Advanced Excel (essential)
- ERP/accounting system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Hands‑on and able to work independently
- Ability to grow into a senior finance leadership role
