Finance Accountant / Coordinator required in Germiston.

  Finance Degree preferred
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills – non-negotiable
• Sage X3 experience – Advantageous
• Strong communication skills

• Stock in Transit Monthly Recon & Profit & Loss Journals
• Insurance Policy – keeping registers neat & updated & handling all claims
• Updating and Maintaining the company printer register
• Inspecting and allocating the telecoms and printer invoices
• Monthly Journals – Rebate Calcs & Sales Re-allocations
• Various Month End Schedules
• Back up to Offshore Accountant
• Assisting with Quarterly Stock Takes – preparation and capturing.
• Stock Adjustments in Sage X3
• Assisting the Financial Manager & Financial Director with various schedules for the Financial Year
• End and Annual Budgets
• Various General Ledger Recons
• And any other tasks that may be assigned to the employee as directed by the employer from time to time
