• Generate new mortgage loan business through networking, client referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Counsel prospective borrowers on mortgage loan options, interest rates, and terms.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Gather necessary documentation and ensure all requirements are met for loan processing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Loan Originator or in a related sales role in the financial services industry.
• Valid mortgage loan originator license (e.g., NMLS certification) is required.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
