Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to support the finance function across a portfolio of entities. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, controls, tax compliance, payroll oversight, audit coordination, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare management accounts and group reporting packs
• Review month-end journals, reconciliations, and intercompany balances
• Manage payroll processes and statutory submissions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support tax compliance and audit requirements
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial records
• Monitor loan schedules and financing obligations
• Support insurance administration and compliance activities
• Drive process improvements, controls, and automation initiatives
• Assist with B-BBEE reporting and strategic finance projects

• 2-5 years' post-articles experience outside of audit
• Experience with in a multi-entity environment advantageous
• Exposure to management reporting, budgeting, and financial controls
• Experience with audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Exposure to payroll, treasury, and intercompany accounting beneficial
