Finance Intern - Internship; Somerset West

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting administration. Capture and process financial transactions accurately. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with reconciliations and checking financial information. Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation. Assist with invoicing and processing payments. Support the finance team with month-end administration. Assist with data capturing and maintaining accurate financial records. Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  
  Perform other finance-related duties as required.

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Good computer literacy, particularly MS Excel .
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Must qualify for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme .
• Must be unemployed at the time of placement .
• Must be a South African citizen .
