About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function in Nelspruit. This strategic role is responsible for driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes that underpin the company's strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business leaders across departments to provide insights into financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support long-term financial strategy.

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and business intelligence to support strategic initiatives and performance management.
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, or CFA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
