Auditor

Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Auditor to join their internal audit team based in Vereeniging . This role is integral to evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across the organization. You will conduct audits, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. • Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Assess risk exposures and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Perform detailed testing of processes and financial data to identify discrepancies and non-compliance.
• Document audit findings clearly and concisely, providing constructive recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate audit results to management and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of auditing standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field; CIA or CA(SA) designation is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, risk assessment, and control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and audit management software.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
