Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashbook and Finance Administration.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, monthly reconciliations and timely submissions.
- Manage and develop a large Financial Services team, ensuring service level agreements and deadlines are met.
- Monitor cash flow forecasts and foreign exchange requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial legislation, regulations and governance requirements.
- Support business planning, training and performance management initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- A financial degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Services Manager role.
- Shared Services management experience will be advantageous.
- SAICA articles would be an advantage.
- Experience with JDE and Hyperion systems is beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-service mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
