Financial Administrator job vacancy in Kuils River, Cape Town.
We are currently looking for a Financial Administrator for a permanent position based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage debtors, including invoicing, statements, allocations and outstanding payments.
- Oversee creditors, including supplier invoices, reconciliations and payment preparation.
- Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with financial administration and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Experience in debtors, creditors and general financial administration.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, accurate and detail-oriented.
